Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While couchsurfing is a great way to find a place to stay while traveling, I am always looking for more than just a place to sleep and then leave. If you are willing, I would love to spend time to get to know my hosts and perhaps share a day/evening exploring your town or city together!

I consider myself a polite and gracious guest, and if you are willing to open up your home to me I will be forever grateful for your hospitality, and promise to return the favor should you ever be in need of a place to stay in the United States someday! :)

Snorkeled in Hawaii, jumped from a waterfall and slept on the beach in Puerto Rico, hiked the Calanques of Marseille, kayaked on Lake Bled, biked through the Flemish countryside, watched the sunset over Geneva from Mont Saleve, explored the southern rim of the Grand Canyon, climbed to the summit of Mt. Fuji

I am not very talented artistically or athletically, meaning I do not have many skills to teach in that way, but I'm always up for trying to make a new meal or share my knowledge of my country and my travels!
