Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am traveling to SF during the months of September and October to explore the city and attend a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program. I'm excited to meet new people and experience SF through their eyes...A plus to anyone who wants to join me in a yoga class while I'm in town!
Interests
practicing yoga, going on hikes, working in K-12 education, watching the stars on a beach, kickboxing, watching movies, reading in a hammock, people watching in coffee shops, exploring new restaurants, playing with my adorable pups and planning weekend trips with close friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
MOVIES
I LOVE movies! Often times I throw in random movie quotes in conversations to see if anyone can guess the movie title. You name the movie, I've probably seen it. Instead of naming an endless list of movies, I'm going to name a few old classics that can really tell a lot about a person: Gladiator, Dune, First Wives Club, Lion King, The Last of the Mohicans and Love & Basketball.
MUSIC
I love all kinds of music, no genre restrictions. The song just has to speak to me, and tell me to dance like no one is watching. Typically those songs are 80s and 90s R&B and hip hop, Reggae, and Pop.
BOOKS
I typically read social theory/psych theory books (i.e. Great Transformation or The Psychopath Test), classics (i.e. pride and prejudice and Kit Runner) or Yoga Philosophy Books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I adopted a puppy that I found one day at work.
