I'm a lady who's lived in the USA my whole life, but I love to travel when I have time. I've been to Ireland, England, France, and Canada, and many of the states, but not nearly enough. I have degrees in Theatre, English, and PTA.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to travel at a reduced price, and if I can meet some cool people on the way, I say "why not?"

Plus, I was an AmeriCorps member in Knoxville, TN for a couple years where a few friends hosted couch surfers: It was a pretty rad experience, I must say.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rock (Indie, classic), jazz, blues, a few jam bands, a couple country, Enya, and show tunes! (It's the theatre major in me.)

Movies: I haven't and don't see a lot for no particular reason. I do like movies based on real events, like sport movies (A League of Their Own) or historical movies (Hidden Figures). I like TV shows more, like Parks and Rec, The 100, and Downton Abbey.

Books: I try to read more now that I have some time outside of school. I love sci-fi, comedy, and YA (like your Harry Potter, you Hunger Games, etc.).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love dancing, and taught Irish step, tap, and ballroom dance throughout my young adult life. I like to cook, and am willing to do some karaoke if necessary.
