Overview
About Me
I changed my life two years ago and moved from Minnesota to Tulum. I've never been happier. Yoga has been the axis by which my life has revolved, always there in the background pulling me back to center. I became a massage therapist so I could move to Mexico and work. Now I teach yoga and practice massage at several hotels in Tulum.

Music, Movies, and Books
chill, downbeat music; alt-j, bonobo, desert dwellers, boozoo bajou, hang massive. Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Pema Chodron books. Movies that are conversational and dramatic. But as a contrast, my all time favorite TV series is Sons of Anarchy, right up there with Sopranos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've ever done was, after deciding to move to Mexico not knowing how it was really going to happen and how I was going to pay off my debts, being named in a will of a deceased old friend of my parent's out of the blue and asked to be the personal representative of what turned out to be a multimillion dollar estate for which I was paid well to liquidate. I had to stay an additional year and a half to accomplish this and it was not fun. But it paid my debts and gave me just enough money to get to Mexico to start my new life. This was totally unexpected and manna from heaven.
