About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn, love, play in the dirt
ABOUT ME
I am a California native, and am working at a little school in Oregon right now, wishing for the sun to come out. I teach kids about worms, vegetables, trees, exploring, asking questions, and Spanish on the side. I like to go on adventures outside, cook, or make music in my free time.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to find a good community, and figure out how to be happy and healthy and treat this lovely earth well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to meet great people with comfy couches, and will happily cook you dinner and bring you piles of fresh fresh fruit.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couch surfing has been a much appreciated way to visit new cities, and I look forward to meeting more surfers on my couch!
Interests
I like backpacking, blackberry-picking, moon-bathing, tree-climbing, and pulling vegetables out of the garden to make feasts with friends. I love playing with children, and am always willing to take part in spontaneous dance parties. I also like to learn - about food, art, language, goat-raising, lichen ecology, and almost anything that someone passionate wants to share with me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Live music of almost any flavor is my favorite, but I´m particularly a fan of stomping to some blues. Right now, I like any books that feel like a break from grad school reading - almost anything!
