All we have in life are our experiences. We cannot stand idly by and wait for them to come to us... we must go looking for them.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very active person always looking for new and exciting ways to experience life to its fullest. I love running, walking my dog, hiking, doing power yoga, reading all the interesting books I can find, as well as writing poetry, fiction and non-fiction. I've tried sky diving, wake boarding, skiing, and several other adventurous outdoor activities when money permits and definitely plan on trying many more.

I'm currently studying psychology, with a goal of completing my PhD and becoming a Clinical Psychologist in the focus of depression and suicide prevention. Studying takes up a lot of my spare time during the school year, but I still try to spend as much time outdoors as possible to keep myself sane.
