Hello!

My name is Erin, I'm an events/marketing professional based in the Vancouver area. My job keeps me pretty busy but when I'm not managing social media campaigns, marketing new events, or have my nose in photoshop, you can most likely find me out of town on a camping adventure, checking out a show, hanging out with friends, or chilling at home cooking up a new recipe.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I joined couch surfing some time ago before a trip to Europe but never really got the chance to use it. I'm now forgoing my long-term lease to give house sitting and couch surfing a try. Hoping to meet some interesting people and reciprocate the generosity with cooking, tidying, or stocking your fridge with some craft beer favourites :)

Until my lease is up I also have a couch to offer so, if you're looking for a place to crash in the month of October shoot me a message!

Música, películas y libros

Ohh where to begin, with a minor in film studies it's safe to say I'm a confirmed cinephile and enjoy the wide range of genres movies have to offer. I'm always up for something a little different and am currently diving into the new Maniac series on Netflix, spoiler alert.. it only gets weirder.

Working in events and live music I am constantly discovering new artists through my coworkers and our gigs, a new favourite would have to be Tash Sultana - if you haven't heard of her yet, I'd highly recommend!

I'm always onto a new book (or three) but recently finished a page-turner called Dark Matter - one of those bittersweet reads where you literally cannot put it down but then feel sad when it's over haha who new quantum physics could make for such a great story.

Also, can we talk about podcasts? I'll most likely talk your ear off about the latest episode of Armchair Expert at some point, sooo hope you enjoy the dry sarcasm of Dax Sheppard.

Well, I'm about to take the plunge into no-fixed address life which is daunting but also very exciting. Ready to be a little vulnerable for the chance to meet new people and hopefully have some great experiences along the way.
