ABOUT ME

I returned from a year travelling one and a half years ago, and now finding my feet again at home, work and play.
I had some amazing experiences around the world, due to the people I met and the experiences I had. All worth more than gold! I'd still love to travel near and far, but might have to do it in smaller chunks as I get older and more responsible!!!

PHILOSOPHY

I am a very open person, and am trying to live a life where I am gaining all that I can from the experiences I have and the people that I meet. Its important to me to feel like I have had an introduction to the world, so as I can put my life into perspective

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a few couches along my travels, and had some really great experiences. Couch surfing was a great way to take the loneliness out of solo travelling, meet some really kind and generous people - and of course it was economical!
Being now situated in the one place in a comfortable home, I am hoping that I can be a host where possible...
I work full-time during the week, so depending on commitments I am not always able to accept surfers. I don't really think I'm doing my job very well as a host, if I am not available to spend time with my guests and share some experiences with them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have mostly had great experiences through couch surfing, especially at a memorable couch surfer meet up in Barcelona.
I am also cautious as a female, as to some people's motives for offering a couch or asking for one. In my time searching for hosts, I noticed there was a big lack of female hosts...

Interessi

I am interested in dancing, particularly salsa, arts, latin american culture & learning from all cultures, practicing spanish, sunshine, reading, cooking and enjoying food.

Musica, film e libri

I love a good movie or book from the drama, comedy, romance, art-house genre!
Music wise I have very broad tastes... I like a good rhythm, or something that is not only music for the ears, but the soul as well.
