About Me

CURRENT MISSION

get up and get active

ABOUT ME

I am a very friendly and approachable person. I can start a conversation with anyone and am always interested in hearing their life stories. I am a redhead and I think I definitely have a fiery side to me. I was born in Baton Rouge, LA and currently live in Denver, CO. I have met some amazing people in my life and I want to continue exploring and seeing what else I can accomplish.

PHILOSOPHY

Take advantage of everything life has to offer. I'm a very positive person and to put a good spin on any situation is what I'm best at.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started CouchSurf but love it so far. I'm looking to start traveling here soon and this sounded like a great way to get on and meet people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't experienced anything yet, but so far everyone seems real positive about what they've done.

Interests

When I'm not at work, you can most likely find me doing some sort of arts and crafts activity or watching football. I love to spend time outside, especially up in the Rocky Mountains either snowboarding, tubing or hiking. I love to travel, however I've only been to different cities in the US. I love brewing my own beer and am always looking out for that new brew to make my mouth water.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a little bit of everything, currently reading books written about Africa. Every type of music is good music, especially anything with a banjo. And as for movies, give me a good comedy or drama and I'm a happy camper.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Celebrating Mardi Gras in New Orleans 2010 was probably one of the best trips of my life. The whole culture in the south is different from anything I've ever experienced before.

Countries I’ve Visited
