About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To feel like I've accomplished more than just working at a dead-end job by traveling in spring 2008 yet saving enough money to still afford school.
ABOUT ME
Well, I'm pretty chill, relaxed & honest - generally a person of few words unless you get me going. Then it becomes interesting because my mouth moves faster than my brain and interesting things may come out... nothing rude, just funny like I don't know my own language. Very low maintenance. I don't drink, but when the people around me do I appear to have been drinking, so, I don't waste my money. I'm attending the University of Manitoba, taking Geological Sciences. Rocks are cool.
PHILOSOPHY
Expectations create disappointments. It's true no?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'll sleep here, I'll sleep there, I'll sleep everywhere... if people will let me. Hopefully I'll make strong enough friendships to give back one day.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Nothing but good and warm fuzzy feelings has come from people willing to share their homes and knowledge!
Interests
Tectonic plates, gnomes, cookies, traveling (duh!), meeting new people which has proven to be very hard at my university. Everyone wants to study there, what's with that?! Photography, though I'm not h-core into it or anything, I just enjoy cameras and the stories they can capture in a single click. Amazing things really, capturing your own perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books
Robin Hood Men in Tights, is the all time best movie ever created.
Music includes (in no particular order just running through my iTunes): Badly Drawn Boy, Beck, Ben Lee, Coldplay, Feist, The Fratellis, Imogen Heap, J.P. Hoe (local talent), Jack Johnson, Janove Ottesen, John Mayer, Kate Nash, Keane, Kelly Clarkson (every girl has a kelly clarkson fav.), KT Tunstall, Lifehouse, The New Pornographers, Oasis, Paolo Nutini, Paramore, Pete Yorn, Sarah Slean. That about sums it up.
Books? It's been a while since school and work has allowed me free time to read a real book, so for the time being my favourite 'book' is "Astronomy Today: The Solar System, Vol. 1"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far, the most amazing thing I've seen is the absolute chaos of New York City. I hope that changes.
