ABOUT ME

This is always the hardest to fill out. Human being, born and raised in Värmland, a woody and rocky part of Sweden with a culture often expressing a close connection to nature and the strange beings found therein.

PHILOSOPHY

My longterm goal is to live my life as a follower of Jesus (please keep reading--->). By that I mean seeing people for what they are beneath the surface, whether it is a surface of a hobo or a president. This is a daily challenge, but when I succeed the feeling of love for the other is such a great reward. We can all do it.

Beside that, did I mention I like to learn new stuff? :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meet people when I get the chance, and once I picked up hitchhikers that I found out were CS:ers. Great fun! Furthermore I've made it my mission to guide people from Karlstad Airport to the city of Karlstad, since there is no public transportation nearby.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met people up, showed them Karlstad. And by chance I took up some hitchhiking CS-folk, see above.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I got to see the most amazing Northern Lights together with a very close friend. It had all the colors in there (not just the regular greenish), and they were dancing over the sky like marvelous shapes changing and twirling. The sight of a lifetime, and we just stood there, flat on the ground with mouths open and minds flying free and bright.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can give you a lesson in tree pruning, how to look at the tree, how to cut branches so that the tree stays happy, what to keep in mind. :) I'll gladly give you my two cents about human relationships (yes, yours too, if you want to). I am an average vegan cook. I have a basic degree in electrical installation and can at least give some advice, although such work should always be done by a professional.
