Hi! My name is Eric, I’m a traveler from Canada who loves adventure, nature, and meeting people from different cultures.

I enjoy simple living and meaningful experiences more than luxury. Recently I started a long solo journey through South America. My plan is to travel from Peru through Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina, exploring local life, landscapes, and stories along the way.

I like hiking, the ocean, sailing, and learning about different ways people live around the world. In the future I dream of living on a sailboat close to the sea.

Before traveling I worked in several fields including technical support and hospitality, so I’m used to working hard and getting along with all kinds of people. I’m respectful, tidy, and easygoing as a guest. I really appreciate people who open their homes to travelers and I always try to contribute with good conversation, help around the house, or cooking a meal together.

For me Couchsurfing is not just a free place to stay it’s about cultural exchange, stories, and human connection.
