I have a burning desire to be in Thailand, to soak up the culture, the language, the Thai healing arts, the sacred places, the food and the people. I like to eat healthy food, practice Thai massage and be happy.
I do some running, some cycling, and attempt some Yoga
I would practice Guitar and learn the piano if I had more time.
I feel blessed and grateful every day.
