Hey my name is Jake. I live in Northern Virginia and work as a butcher with a focus on locally and ethically sourced animals. I enjoy food and drink more than what is probably healthy and a perfect day is composed of NPR tiny desk concerts, intricate meat fabrication, cooking, and a bottle of whisky and 2 packs of cigarettes later a massive meal with family and friends.

Besides my brilliant company!? I would like to think of myself as a fairly conscientious person, so I wont just throw trash all over or something.
