ABOUT ME
Hi there!
I grew up in Nootdorp, a place near The Hague, in The Netherlands. After some moving within the country, I ended up at the University of Twente, in Enschede. I studied Technical Medicine, a fascinating combination of clinical science and technical applications for health care.
But studying is not all... Since I expect these years of being a student are the easiest to travel, I took my changes at organizing a studytour to Japan. Having tasted the experience of traveling in a country that differs so much to the European way of life, I wanted to explore more of the world!
So.. this is when I discovered Couchsurfing, I was in Canada, doing an internship in Hamilton. Met some lovely people, and truly saw and experienced the Canadian way of life!
Now, back in The Netherlands, I would love to take you out for a drink and let you meat my Dutch experiences. I hope you will help me be a tourist in my own country ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed with two great girls in Toronto. We had a great weekend, they showed me all the funny places where you would never end up going with the standard tourist guides! I really appreciated the walking through the city and talking about almost everything!
