I am traveling around the west coast/midwest this winter and am excited to be out that way for the first time. I am an Ithaca native and have lived in NY my whole life. I went to School in New Paltz where I got my BA in Philosophy and Evolutionary Studies, and with that I study energy and consciousness...whatever that means
I am an artist and a writer. I love herbs and homeopathic remedies. I make tinctures and salves, etc. I am a colorful person that enjoys doing circusy things like tumbling, juggling and aerials. I love being outside, reading and being wherever there is sunlight. I am a total cat person and elephants are my favorite animal. Astrologically I am a cancer sun, aires rising, taurus moon. I like doing things and am content doing absolutely nothing. I'd say I'm your average weird person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to travel efficiently and cost-effectively. I am interested in meeting people from all different places and want to gain a sense of the environment out west, as I may be moving there in the future. Traveling can be stressful and isolating in airports and bus stations and hotels. I prefer a more intimate and warm environment and value genuine human interaction.
