Heyo, I’m a chef, sommelier, cocktail mixologist, pretty much a walking restaurant, I spend most of my free time in nature, fishing, foraging, hiking, camping, traveling the world. I think the best way to travel is to try and experience a place through a locals eyes, respect culture and traditions, learn as much as you can from everyone.
