I am a 26 year old French guy and I am planning to hitchhike across the US to discover this fascinating country and meet its people.

I will start my journey on March 27th in New York City, and will take the time to go down the East Coast before crossing the continent.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love discovering cities and regions with locals. I find that it gives a richer and more authentic dimension to the trip. Hitchhiking and couchsurfing are perfect for that !

This journey accross the United States will be the first time that I will try to do some couchsurfing, and I am looking forward to meet tons of diverse and amazing people !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have hitchhiked from my small vilager near Paris to the Artic Polar Circle in Norway.

Other interesting facts from the first 26 years of my life: I've lived on a barge in Paris, officiated a secular wedding ceremony, been a member of the French National Guard, and much more!
