I come from Brittany (western part of France) and have lived for almost 10 years in Grenoble (French Alps). There, with my roommates, we welcomed roughly 20 couchsurfers sometimes for weeks (or for months once) around 2014.

After finishing a PhD on climate extremes, my current goal is to take some time off to travel. In May 2022, during a bike trip in France, a friend and I were hosted by several couchsurfers.
Now in June-July 2022, my plans are to sail to Scotlands and to visit/hike there.
