I’m a Filipino living and working in Japan as a Foreign English Teacher 🇯🇵✏️

I also do part-time massage therapy — so if you’ve had a long travel day, I’ve got your back (literally 😄).

I used to live in Amino, Kyotango City (Kyoto Prefecture) from 2018 to early 2023. After four peaceful years in the countryside, I moved to Osaka City — and I’m absolutely loving the city vibe! 🌆✨

Now I’m based in Kamishinjo, Higashiyodogawa, a cozy area just 10–15 minutes by train from Osaka-Umeda on the Hankyu Line.

My apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Kamishinjo Station (north exit) — super convenient! You’ll find everything nearby: fast food spots, izakaya, konbini, and supermarkets. 🍜🍺🛒

It’s a 4th-floor walk-up (no elevator), but the view and fresh air make it worth it. You might hear the trains passing by once in a while, but most guests find it adds a bit of that “Osaka charm.” 🚃✨

Oh, and bonus — there’s a public bath (onsen) just a minute away! Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. ♨️

I love meeting new people and making friends from all over the world. 🌍✨
Hosting and connecting with couchsurfers lets me share a bit of my everyday life here in Japan — and in return, it feels like I’m traveling the world through everyone’s stories and experiences. 💫

兴趣

I love listening to ’90s music — boy bands, pop stars, you name it, I probably grew up with it on repeat! 🎶😄

I also enjoy chilling with a good movie on Netflix. Some of my favorites are Coach Carter, Freedom Writers, Mighty Ducks, The Notebook, White Chicks, and Coyote Ugly. 🍿🎬

I’m a total foodie, so if you are too, let’s check out some cool food spots around my area — or we can just hang in my kitchen and cook up something fun together. 🍲😋

I’m learning massage therapy right now. I love getting massages, so I figured it’s time to learn how to give one! My dream is to have my own spa someday. 💆‍♂️✨
