Retiring Feb. 2016 from my most recent job as associate of the Luxembourg American (World War II military) Cemetery, which I held since 1992; father of 3 grown children; married in Japan; lived in Luxembourg most of my life except 6 years in the USA, 5 years in Cyprus, close to 2 years in Greece, 1 year in Egypt, 7 months in Japan, 6 months each in England and Pakistan, 3 months in Thailand, and a few months in a few other places since 1972. Worked as a print journalist between 1976 and 1991. English has long been my main language.
