About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make friends with as many people or possible, whether they like it or not!
ABOUT ME
My most positive personality trait is my sense of humor, which can fluctuate from dry to goofy to completely absurd. My closest friends admire me for my loyalty; for the privileged few most important people in my life, I will do anything. I am certainly a nerd, given to sometimes discussing topics beyond the point where other people have lost interest. I am also a bit of a walking encyclopedia, though I try my best not to be a know it all. I would hope they would say I am fun and interesting and I do a great job of making everyone around me comfortable at all times. And though I can be a bit cautious, I am always up for adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am currently traveling through Europe and want to use couchsurfing to really get to know the people and places and not just see the sights that have tourist signs pointing to them.
When I get home, I'd like to start hosting in Columbus and sharing my corner of the world with the CS community.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: I tend to like indie movies, and I also have strong appreciations for classic war movies, over-the-top action films, and ridiculous comedies.
Music: The Black Keys, Parliament-Funkadelic, Classic rock (especially the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix) and the Blues. I am always willing to go to a concert or experience new music to relax or dance to.
Books: My favorite author is Chuck Palahniuk, but I'll read almost anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I highly reccomended walking around a city in the latest hours of the night or the earliest hours of the morning to see the multitude of mundane yet strange activities that take place to make cities function. In particular, the vehicle they use to paint black and white roadside curbs is a sight to behold as it bounces down the road clanking and spraying.
Teach, Learn, Share
A great bit of travel knowledge that I discovered: put your toothbrush completely into a bottle of mouthwash. That way your disgusting toothbrush doesn't touch anything in your luggage, your toothbrush and mouthwash are kept together and compact, and most importantly your toothbrush stays clean.
If you are short on sleeping space, take the back cushions off of your couch and put them on the ground to make a relatively comfortable bed.
