ABOUT ME

I sing. I write songs. I play in bands. I also work at Reebok International as a designer. Books, music, cooking, must I go on? As I write this, I am traveling alone in Poland, and am on my way to Ukraine. Someone I met here told me about couch surfing.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we are innately good. Everyone has something to give and share. Yes, there are nasty people out there, but I still take the optimistic side. The choice I am making here is to open my life to experiences and that includes meeting new people and choosing to share what I have with others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It is so much easier meeting people when we travel verses living in one place. People who come through my place and share their stories will allow me to vicariously experience what they have learned and open my mind to new options for travel.

Anything by David Lynch, Hitchcock, Kazan, Scorse.
Music? You bring me stuff when you stay on the couch. There are so many already, but I could use more. Books/Authors: Allende, Sophie's Choice, Kite Runner, Fitzgerald, Hemmingway, Steinbeck, Assimov....really there are too many.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have taken myself traveling where no one is waiting for me, trusting that a stranger will help me out.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a fantastic cook. But more that that, I am a helper - an empowerer. I enjoy supporting people as they learn to do what they want.
