ABOUT ME

I'm a fun, outgoing person, with good taste in music and bad taste in jokes. Studying Cultural Anthropology in Leiden right now to change my vision of the world I know. My hobbies include writing, singing in the shower and cycling (not just because I'm Dutch).

I've met several people who happened to be in Rotterdam. I gave them some kind of a tour or just helpful tourist information.

Interessi

Listening to my favorite music, chilling with my friends and watching predictable movies. I'm also really addicted to series (like New Girl, Arrow, Game of Thrones etc.)

Books: Het Huis van de Moskee, Joe Speedboat (not really into books).
Movies: 500 Days of Summer, The Blues Brothers, Her, The Help, The Breakfast Club, Intouchables, Disney etc.
Music: Jet, Miami Horror, Disclosure, The Virgins, Aretha Franklin, John Mayer, Arctic Monkeys, Janis Joplin (so, almost everything).

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

From February till July I travelled my way across Australia, Singapore and China. I had the most amazing experiences and got to know myself by having to do everything by myself. I got to see fabulous buildings and meet the most inspiring people. Money well spent!
During the summer of 2012, I went interrailing (which I by the way recommend everyone to do) with a close friend across the Southern parts of France. The experience was great and the journey, off course by backpacking, was wonderful.
I've cycled 250 kilometres across the Netherlands within 4 days; i've met amazing people and seen things I never thought I'd see in such a small country.
I've been to so many great/lovely places and countries, that it's just impossible to name one thing from those billion awesome things.

I grew up in Rotterdam, so I know the best places to go. I would like to share this knowledge with as many people as possible! I would love to also gain knowledge about other cities and cultures.
