Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm here to offer support and sustenance, especially to women. I would love to be of help to all those travelling to and within India, and just be there to provide information/couch/conversations.

My current fixations are the ideas of time and ecology in literature and philosophy, and my current favourites are Margaret Atwood, David Mitchell, Ursula le Guin, Roberto Bolano, Jorge Luis Borges, and readings from J. Krishnamurti and Robert Svoboda.

In cinema, I quite like Kieslowski's Three Colours Blue, Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Amelie, Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth, Wong Kar-Wai's In the Mood for Love, Terence Malik's Tree of Life, David Aronofsky's The Fountain, Inarritu's Birdman and many many more.
