I've been traveling doing tours and staying in hotels with my parents all my life. I've come to realize it's not traveling at all. Traveling means putting yourself in uncomfortable situations with different costumes and cultures. Traveling is making friends and sharing their cultures. It's living the moment and not just taking a selfie with the exotic backdown for you Instagram profile.

I believe Couchsurfing helps me accomplish that.
