ABOUT ME

I'm a quiet, intentional soul that loves my space and meeting and mingle-ling with new people or old friends. I probably divide up my time evenly between personal alone time and time with others. I'm pretty selective where I put my time and energy and I'm usually 110% where ever I am. I love to explore new places and try new things and being on the go is my middle name. I think I probably have Gypsy blood in me or my Nordic traveling roots are very strong. However, though I like to get around, I also love nesting down. I'm super level headed, courteous and generally very quiet. I'm also a person of great love, depth, and sensitivity.

PHILOSOPHY

Be here now. Do your best and forgive your-self for any past mistakes. There are no mistakes, just learning experiences. Also, there are no coincidences. Everything has it's reason and rhyme in time (usually :-)) and I always do my best to be positive and in my own personal business. I don't like gossiping or hearing other people's gossip.

I'm a seasoned traveler and unofficial couch surfer. I'm super fantastic at meeting new and interesting people and going to new places.

Interests

Food! I LOVE eating and tasting good tasting food and drink that is also good for you. I love trying new restaurants where ever I go. I also love organic, local and free range. I love travel too, and learning about different cultures and understanding how different people think and why. And I LOVE the outdoors and arts. All Arts and all natural things. oohhh and I like the healing arts and getting good body work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have every done is travel to Salvador, in Bahia Brazil. I did this alone and during a time in my life I spoke almost no Portuguese. It was an amazing time and I meet so many cool people and experienced so many new and wonderful things such as live Samba in the streets.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share the small little details of a place that make it feel like home, even if only a temporary home. I'm also a big sharer in the realm of health and healthy living. This includes fermented foods to air purifiers. But I really only like sharing with those interested in this thing and want to learn. I feel everyone's view and take on health should be respected.
