Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed for the first time in New Haven while attending the Unite for Sight Global Health Conference, and my wonderful hostess invited me to a marathon night of swing and blues dancing with a live band jamming. Good times!

Interests

Cello, salsa dancing, cooking/baking, interior design, engineering, ecology, tasting new cuisines, sleeping in on Saturday, yada yada yada.

Classical (especially Baroque), salsa (gotta love the Cuban style), jazz and swing (a la Dizzy Gillespie/Louis Armstrong/Frank Sinatra), Celtic, 90's alternative, current top 40, and a dash of country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in Denali National Park. Seeing Mt. McKinley on the far horizon in the early morning light across the tundra.
