Hi, my name is Esther, a woman of 26 years old and big plans ahead of me.
From September 2015 to May 2016 I will be travelling the world. My adventure starts in Australia, I am so thrilled to meet new people, see new places and just live without any obligations. I ended my job (which I loved by the way) to explore the world. So, world, here I come;-)

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I am travelling by myself, so I would love to meet new people and get to know some locals everywhere I go. That's the best way to see how daily life really is in that specific country or place. And besides that I want to spend my money on seeing things and not so much on where I sleep, although I am ofcourse willing to pay for a good place to sleep:)

People are my inspiration, so I like to meet new people. Also I like to write about all kinds of stuff. I love to go for a run and at home I play soccer. Furthermore I would love to learn how to surf (and I am not talking about the couchsurfing;-) haha).

I like folk pop and house music or disco. And a lot more.
I haven't seen a movie in ages, but when I got the time I love watching them!!
Maybe I finally find some time to catch up with some reading too, during my trip.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've visited a primary school in Afrika, which made quite an impression on me. In The Netherlands teachers don't get much respect from the children, especially not compared to the schools overthere.

I would love to learn how to surf. And wherever I can help I am willing to help out. I am looking forward to sharing different cultures and thoughts about all kinds of stuff. And above all I am looking forward to having fun and laugh as much as we can.

I am good with people, love to help out wherever I can and always with a smile. I have worked with websites (CMS or writing content), I am a good salesperson and I have experience as a restaurant manager. I don't know if any of these things could be a thank you in return, but I know we will figure this out and have a great time!
