Hi there! I’m Esther, born and raised in Brazil, currently living in the U.S. on a cultural exchange and collecting beautiful moments (and maybe a few awkward ones too, but those make the best stories, right?). 🌎✨
I’ve had the joy of living in three different countries, volunteering deep in the Amazon, and working in cozy hostels and hotels around Latin America. Safe to say, I love connecting with people, I truly believe the best part of traveling is the humans you meet along the way.
I speak Portuguese and Spanish fluently, and I’m more than happy to share what I know, whether that’s helping you practice Spanish, making some Brazilian food, or teaching a few bachata steps... no judgment if we both mess up 💃🏽

Music: I love everything that gets me in a good mood! From samba to reggaeton, and even some indie rock. Music is the soundtrack of my adventures. 🎶
Movies: My favorites are Into the Wild and Interstellar (hands down, my favorite!). I’m also a huge fan of sci-fi films like Avatar.
Books: I enjoy a bit of everything : autobiographies, romantic novels, and adventure stories. I’m always looking for books that can transport me to a new world and make me see life from a different perspective. 📚

One of the most unforgettable things I’ve done was volunteering in the Amazon rainforest. I lived on a boat for a month, working with local communities and experiencing the raw beauty of nature. It was an adventure that completely changed my perspective on life and the world around me. 🌿🌍

Teach: I can teach you some Spanish (or Portuguese, if you're brave enough 😄), share some Brazilian cooking tips, and maybe even show you a few bachata dance moves.

Learn: I’m always excited to learn about different cultures, local traditions, and new languages. I'm especially curious about everything related to nature and sustainability.

Share: I love sharing travel stories, good vibes, and a fresh perspective on life. I believe the best things to share are experiences, laughter, and the little things that make life special.

I love sharing stories, laughter, and, of course, good food! 🍴 I can teach you some Spanish (or Portuguese, if you're up for a challenge), give you a mini bachata dance class (even if we both end up laughing more than dancing), or just offer a fresh perspective on life and travel. 🌍
I’m also happy to help around the house — whether it’s cooking, cleaning, or just lending a hand with whatever needs to be done. I’m tidy, respectful, and I like to leave a place better than I found it.
