About Me

I love exploring different places and cultures so I joined this site to help me see the world from a different viewpoint. I’m very open to getting to know people from all walks of life. I like that Couchsurfing provides a place for like minded people to get together and share wonderful and lasting experiences. Travel is my passion and I’m happy I get to embrace it.
My profession is nursing and I hope to someday be an international nurse and incorporate travel into it somehow. .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hear this is a good site to meet people and make lasting friendships. Want to meet locals and gain more insight of how things are apart the touristy way.

I have lived up and down the east coast, I've visited five continents but have many places I need to see. Yes I stay at hostels or hotels too but sometimes it’s hard to make connections with anyone. With this I feel like part of a family and immediately a local, not just some weirdo walking around the city.

Music, Movies, and Books

Old school love songs is my favorite type to listen to but anything that has a good beat I would most likely like.

Recently read The Atlantis Gene by AG Riddle, it had me wonder about a few things
Heard many good things about the alchemist, it's my next book

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing I'd say was amazing is worked a summer job in Alaska. I met tons of people that I would have never came across otherwise. Saw moose within five minutes of getting off the plane. The views and wildlife were amazing.

Another was visit Uganda's part of the Nile river and enjoy the beauty of all the nature there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, want to learn Spanish and whatever language you can teach me. I can share my love for food by treating you to a nice restaurant or by cooking a nice meal😊

What I Can Share with Hosts

Massages(no freaky stuff though) Stories of travels and good food and a new friendship. A good meal
