ABOUT ME

I like learning quirks about cities, cultures, and people, their stories and passions. If you've got a good story, I'm all ears! And would love to share mine if you'd like. Chances are, there's something I'll love about you. I enjoy being silly but can carry a serious conversation about social justice and education and Disney. I get injured easily but I love a good spontaneous adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you host me, I promise to be amusing and friendly company and hopefully make it a worthwhile experience for both of us! And if you're wandering through Cambridge, I don't have a couch but I'd love to show you cozy cafes or my favorite exhibit in a museum.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed twice, given out suggestions to whoever's visiting Cambridge. So far, it's been fantastic and I'm very very happy that I joined the community.

Interests

Music: I listen to most things including indie, alternative, rock, jazz, and original Disney songs. Bucketlist includes hearing Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Weezer, Phoenix live (and I love love live music and trying out new scenes). I play flute and bass guitar, dabble in ukulele, piano, drums, and thumb piano.

Drinks: Beer, tea, coffee, gin, water. I'm in the very enjoyable process of learning more about all of them!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you my personal secrets of making a mix CD, whatever phrase you would like to know in Korean, how to create a curriculum for high schoolers about social justice and issues, how to make creative personalized greeting cards and other crafts, how to fold a shirt in 2 seconds, to play the American version of King's Cup, and/or share with you one of my secret handshakes.
