About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Seeking adventure, culture, and friendship here, there, everywhere!

ABOUT US

We are easy-going and friendly married couple who hope to find adventure, friendship, and joy in all of the countries that we visit. All we need in our travels is a little place to stay once in awhile.
We look forward to meeting new people and would love to share life stories with you.

PHILOSOPHY

Through traveling, we hope to learn more about the world, each other, who we are, and most importantly about love. We believe in love, kindness, and the goodness of the human race. We hope to meet people from all walks of life. We are excited to meet you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW WE PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We would love to couchsurf all over the world! So far, we have couchsurfed in South Korea, a lot in SE Asia and in Europe. We are also interested in meeting up with anyone who wants show us around town and grab a meal or a drink together.

Now that we're back in CO, we are hosting! We would be happy to host you, show you around, meet up just for a meal or drinks, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have couchsurfed and we've met so many wonderful unforgettable hosts. The kindness and generosity we've experienced during our travels is astounding!

As couchsurfers - We would very much appreciate any couch, floor, whatever available to us. We are happy to stay for as long or as little as you like. We are flexible and try to be accommodating; we value and respect the fact that you are opening your home to us. Thank you!

As hosts - We are happy to host and love meeting new people traveling to our little town. We will only host if we are BOTH available/when we have time off from work. We like getting to know our guests and value spending time with them. If you send us a request, we will check our schedules and hopefully it will work out. Whether we host you or not will depend on our schedules and if they match up with the dates you're in Loveland. We can host between 1-3 nights and might consider a lengthier stay beyond 3 nights after we get to know you a bit more.

Interests

We are interested in travel (of course), photography, music, art, design, fashion, movies, video games, boardgames, different cultures, wine, beer, food of all kinds, making new friends, books, philosophy, religion, current events, really pretty much everything and anything - we're open to learning and opening up our hearts and minds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing we have done in our lifetime is find love - come what may, through the good times & the bad, thick & thin, in sickness & health. It's a journey and sometimes it's challenging, but worth it - in every moment. God is good.

Teach, Learn, Share

We would love to learn anything from anybody willing to share with us. We're interested in soaking up anything you have to say, especially about any general life lessons you've learned, traveling tips, and anything about your country and/or city, culture, food, language, etc. We'd love to just learn about you and your life, too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Though we aren't experts in any of this in particular, we or at least one of us can share our interest in and knowledge of: travel and backpacking and couchsurfing in general, the English and Korean languages, guitar - a tiny bit, wilderness survival, computers, fitness, life on a budget, philosophy, married life, American and Korean culture, and finding joy in life.
