ABOUT ME

We are Esther and Natalie, both from Melbourne, Australia but met last year in Africa while riding our bicycles from Cairo to Cape Town. We had an absolutely incredible time and have definitely caught the travel bug! (the bug of wanting to never cease traveling, not the stomach variety.... Although we both had a bit of that too...)

We are currently traveling through South America, trying to get off the tourist route and be guided more by the locals...With a few mountains to climb, and routes to ride along the way!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're relatively new to couch surfing, Esther had a great first experience in Spain last year with a friend and thought what a great way to travel, meet local people, and experience so much more!

Also very much looking forward to hosting at home in Melbourne when we return!

Love to travel, meet people, learn about new cultures and taste new foods.
Have a great interest in outdoor adventures and of course cycling!
We love doing things that challenge ourselves both physically and mentally and we look to continue to do this as we travel around South America!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One things that we've done that we are pretty proud of is Riding Every F**king Inch of the 12000km Tour d'Afrique bicycle race from Cairo, Egypt, to Cape Town, South Africa in 2012!!!
Es did the whole way, Nat did the last 3,800 km but loved it so much that she has just come back from doing the first
3,800km and still recovering!!
That is a tall order to follow but I'm sure our adventures will see us top that at some point!
