Overview
About Me
I'm a 23-year-old girl, who is learning the Arabic language. I am interested in fashion and all kinds of arts, and enjoy discovering new cities and countries. When travelling, my goal is always to see how locals live, I'm fascinated by the difference of lifestyle between the visitor and the residents.
Currently I live in Kuwait because of my studies. This was the first Arabic country I visited, but I'm keen on seeing more, especially Lebanon.
I'm new to couchsurfing, never really used it, because it hasn't been important before to be able to use the Arabic language as well.
My previous travels led me to London, Milan and Barcelona. To Milan, I went with my parents because they weren't really able to discover countries so far, and this trip is really close to my heart. The other two cities I visited alone, as I usually travel. I haven't found my travel buddy yet among my friends, but I'm keeping an open mind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To avoid the stereotypical tourist look: I want to look into how the city I visit, how it feels for the locals. I'm not interested in the entirely organized trips with tourist offices, because I'm afraid to miss the taste of the country and thus all the places would become the same, just buildings and trees and pictures and huge crowds. I'm here to avoid the above. T
Interests
I aspire to be a stylist, or at least have a job that consist of dealing with clothes and accessories. I work towards this and I'm interested about everything that is connected to fashion.
This being said, the current situation and society of a place is really interesting for me. Also the behaviour of the locals fascinate me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Set up my life in a month in Vienna when I was 18. It was such a freedom!
Or I could say moving to Kuwait for a scholariship.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd like to learn about the society of the country I travel to, and possibly some part of the language as well. Also, I'm interested in galleries and places "off the beaten path" or places that locals frequent.
I'm always happy to share a meal, especially if it's a local dish!
What can I teach? I can help with languages, or if you are interested in any question concerning Europe, just hit me up!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd like to share a meal, venture into the nightlife of the city, or any kind of outdoor adventure that is available, if there's time and possibility, of course!
