About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To better understand in order to act concretely. We are able of everything, we just need to believe in it and do it!

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going person. I love simple pleasures of life : food, nature and people. You wanna visit the city, eat some typical food, discover a new thing, meet people and enjoy lifetime in Paris or anywhere else, don't worry, I'm on too!!

More serioulsy, I studied first international business and did a specialization in sustainable development during 2 years, working at the same time for a consulting association in sustainable development in Paris.

At present, I want to take time for myself and travel around South America, discovering amazing lanscapes and people, knowing new cultures and ways of life and above all...tasting as many specialities as my stomach is able too. ;)
I plan also to go trekking and climbing during this trip as I love outdoor sports, even more when the scene is as spectacular as South America can be!
I will also probably work during this trip : Fair Trade, Development projects, etc. Experience is not only adventure, it's human relations too!

PHILOSOPHY

We all have to learn from eachother. Everyone has a wealth to share. By confronting ideas, we can better resolve issues encountered in our own countries.

"Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met other couch surfers in Paris during one-day visit. When I'll come back of my trip, I will host travellers at my place and make them discover all the nice sides of french culture. And for those who really wanna know what is enjoying and suffering at the same time...let's go climbing indoor! There are very nice indoor walls in Paris.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already had a CS experience in Buenos Aires when i arrived last october with Hernan Azzegotti, a great and funny guy!

Then i met severoul CS people in the south, including Adrien, a french guy with whome I went back up to Bs As by hitchiking, just incredible experience that I would never forget. I hope to live it again, perhaps in the north of Argentina!
I also CS in the flat of Genaro in Rosario, a very open-minded, eaqsy going and active guy, thanks a lot!

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends on my mood at that time : bossa nova, jazz, african rythm, french tempo, rock, ...
My favorite singers and bands : Asa, Patrice, Ayo, Norah Jones, Ben Harper, Nawal, Keziah Jones, Camille, Portishead, Lauryn Hill, Cocoon, ...
My favorite author is Zola, the most impressive writer of its period, depicting the french society better as a painter himself.
A beautiful movie : the Notebook, no doubt!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Done : rafting, paragliding, crossing moon landscapes in the french alpes, climbing a moutain under thousands of ice cubes, breakfast in Rio de Janeiro, polish wedding,

Seen : indescriptible landscapes in Peru, guinea pigs as celebration dish (!), people dancing almost naked at -5C° on the snow

Teach, Learn, Share

To share hours of climbing and cooking, handy craft, spanish, play guitar (that would be awesome!), cultivate the ground, learn traditional songs, rythms and dances, participate in volunteering and wwoof programs, and simply share travels, impressions and instants of life.
