ABOUT ME

I DO NOT LIVE IN CHARLEROI!!! I live in CHIMAY, it is 50KM FROM CHARLEROI!!! Chimay is a beautiful calm town in the countryside, close to the border with france, and it is also where the Ardennes start. If you are interested in spending a couple of peaceful days out of the city in the nature, well then you are more than welcome here in Chimay.
It is 200km north of Paris and 100km south of Brussels.

I have a 54 year old.My daughter studies languages and she has traveled to Ecuador, Brazil, England,Portugal... since 2002. Through her travels (and Rotary) we have received many young people and their parents and I love welcoming people from all around the world (Belgium included :)
I think it is so interesting to learn about other cultures! And I love showing my own area, my country, my world!
As I work full time, I don't have the possibility to travel so I get to travel through listening to other people's stories and of course through my daughter's travels.
Now that I know CS I really want to travel through my CS contacts, welcoming you! :)..............fin juin 2023,je suis enfin pensionné et j ai maintenant du temps libre pour accueillir prés de Chimay(Villers la tour) en bordure immédiate d une voie lente /le ravel.......je suis motivé pour a nouveau recevoir ...........................A bientot

My daughter (florinethomas is her username) and I received an English boy and a Belgian boy, it was our two first experiences.
I hope there will be a lot more!

Sports, running, cycling, swimming,...
I live in the country, near to the forest and love to be in the nature but I also like visiting other cities in Belgium like Liège,Brussels.
I read the newspaper all morning, I'm very interested by what is happening in the world.
I also like traveling but I don't have the possiblity because I work a lot.
The best would be during the weekends, and we could make a little trip either by bike or my car. But weekdays is ok too!
