ABOUT ME

I am an enthusiastic of learning. I love meeting people, travelling, finding new experiences, enjoying everything around me.

I like dancing and singing in a gospel choir. I feel happy when I meet new people, when I look through the window when travelling by car, bus, plane or train. I love sunny winter days, long breakfasts, going out and running when sun shines, taking a walk in the morning in a working day and take the bike instead of the metro.

If I have to choose just one, it would be anyone of Ryszard Kapuscinsky Ebano. I love the way he explains his living experience, working and travelling around Afric!

I like many genres in music, specially those I can dance or sing with. Now I’m listening a lot to Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Luiz Bonfa, Boney M, Nina Simone, Robert Mitchum (yes, Robert Mitchum sings!) or Bebo Valdes.

Teach: spanish, catalan and cooking tortilla de patatas, gazpacho and many other dishes!

Share: Everything I know about humanistic and movement therapies (bionergetics, coaching, familiar constellations, río abierto, energy centers, etc.), music, dancing, editing books or publishing projects.
