I moved to Wernigerode (Saxony-Anhalt), so if u need someone to hang out with or go hikin' etc (Hello?! - it's the damn, beautiful Harz!!! and we've got a brewery (Hasseroeder!!!) and a Baumkuchen-factory(tree cake), kinda Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory... just text me ;-) It'll be a pleasure for me to show u around here :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love traveling through the USA. Getting the chance to learn how other people with other cultures/ languages and traditions are live is amazing. I try to see as much as I can in only one year as an au pair. And I also try to be a good Couchsurfer. I'm neat, so you don't need to be afraid that your place will look like a big bomb attac after I'm going back to my place and I also will cook for you if you give me the chance. I think I'm a pretty good CS.
When I'm back in Germany I'll plan to become also an CH forsure. I really love the idea of couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only very good experiences in: Philly, New York, Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle.
I used couchsurfing one whole month after my au pair year and it was great!

Books: E.T.A. Hoffmann (German Romantic author of fantasy and horror.) My favorite book of him is "Der goldne Topf".
And I also like books of Tess Gerritsen "The Surgeon".

Music: mostly all kinds from; Reggae, Rock, Electro, Indie...

Movies: Tarantino Movies, Ziemlich beste Freunde, 50/50, The Vow, Simpsons Movie, Madagascar, Adams Aepfel, Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis, Halloween Movies with Michael Meyers ;-), Laughing out Loud (It's a french movie. Not the one with Hannah Montana!), La Boom, Magic Mike, Friendship,...
I enjoy mostly all types of movies but my favorites are comedy's & horror movies

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My decision to work as an Au Pair after graduating school to travel around the United States & Canada for one year to meet the most interesting & funniest people in the world. I love it!

"Craziest" thing I've done in this au pair year: to get pierced in Florida, Philly, Virginia, San Francisco and Seattle. Why? Two friends of mine & I made this kinda insane deal that we get pierced in every new state we travel together.

Skydiving in the desert of Nevada and hiking thru the Colorado river and swimming in hot springs :-)

And I also love to cook German. I think that's definitely a plus point if you like to eat hearty.
I can help you with the decision to get a piercing and if yes where and what. I convinced our host in Seattle to his septum - we are now piercing buddy's. :-)
