ABOUT ME

If you want to stay in the nice Alps, I live in the mountains one hour from Vienna, at a ski resort. On my work side, I work with startup companies, one mainly now. I also play piano and paint, and have my first Vernissage Sept 26, 09. I am 45 years old, and need to travel to certain business events, but do so on a low budget, hence couch surfing.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a unique and interesting place to stay, and I like to do the same. I like very much meet people, to stay in a human environment when traveling. So CS is perfect!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friends and I all over the world to CouchSurfing privately, and now it is time to be public about it... Dave Dahl's house in Oceano California is my favorite destination.

Music, Movies, and Books

Wide interests, mainly classical symphonies, and piano music, although I improve Jazz and Blues as well on the piano... eclectic well done films... Oktober (1927), Fahrenheit 451 (1966), all Adam Curtis documentaries.... non fiction books on almost any topic.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping out of an airplane at 15k feet, solo... sailing off California... Of Trail skiing in the Alps... having 2 boys... now 8 and 9....
