I’m a medical student fond of traveling, beaches, books, languages, cycling, pets, technology, and photography. I love being in the midst of nature. I'm friendly, respectful, easygoing, open-minded, and independent. I live with a female tuxedo cat called Isis.

I practice Zen Buddhism and I seek to have a healthy and minimalist lifestyle.

Sou um estudante de medicina apaixonado em viajar, praias, livros, idiomas, ciclismo, animais de estimação, tecnologia e fotografia. Eu amo estar em meio à natureza. Sou amigável, respeitoso, tranquilo, mente aberta e independente. Eu moro com uma gata frajola chamada Ísis.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host and meet travelers in Salvador and hang out with them around the main city sights, always when I have free time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met many travelers and hosts along my backpacking trips around Brazil. I traveled along the Northeast Brazil coast in 2020, visiting Natal, Pipa, João Pessoa, Recife, Maceió, and Acaraju. I also did a trip around the Southeast Brazil in 2021, visiting Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, São Paulo, and Belo Horizonte. Lastly, I went back to Recife and Porto de Galinhas this year.

Recebo e encontro viajantes em Salvador e saio com eles pelos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, sempre que eu tenho tempo livre.

EXPERIÊNCIA DE COUCHSURFING
Conheci muitos viajantes e anfitriões ao longo dos meus mochilões pelo Brasil. Viajei pelo litoral do Nordeste em 2020, visitando Natal, Pipa, João Pessoa, Recife, Maceió e Acaraju. Também fiz uma viagem pelo Sudeste em 2021, visitando Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo, São Paulo e Belo Horizonte. Por último, voltei ao Recife e Porto de Galinhas este ano.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I'm a bit eclectic about music. I like to listen to pop, indie, folk, MPB and Brazilian rock. I love superhero and sci-fi movies. Interstellar is, without a shadow of a doubt, my favorite movie. It's tough choosing a favorite book, but I believe that, so far, George Orwell's 1984 has been the most memorable. I really enjoy reading about Buddhism, psychology, neuroscience, history, sci-fi and dystopia.

Eu sou um pouco eclético em relação à música. Gosto de ouvir pop, indie, folk, MPB e rock nacional. Eu amo filmes de super-heróis e ficção científica. Interestelar é, sem sombra de dúvidas, o meu filme favorito. É difícil escolher um livro favorito, mas acredito que, até agora, 1984 de George Orwell tenha sido o mais marcante. Curto muito ler sobre budismo, psicologia, neurociência, História, ficção científica e distopia.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I believe one of the most amazing things I've ever done was traveling by boat through the Amazon. It took 3 days along the Purus River from Manaus city to reach Tapauá town. It was a very challenging experience.

Eu acredito que uma das coisas mais incríveis que já fiz foi viajar de barco pela Amazônia. Foram 3 dias pelo rio Purus de Manaus até chegar na cidade de Tapauá. Foi uma experiência muito desafiadora.
