Egalement mère solo de 3 jeunes adultes et avec la singularité dynamique de vivre en ayant mon petit-fils à mon domicile !

I have been a painter all my life, and this autumn will mark three years since I took on the challenge of making a living exclusively from my creations! It's not an easy path, but it's now or never! I also have a professional background in social work and medical-social services, and I am still involved in running an association for emergency accommodation and addiction treatment in Toulouse. I am also a single mother of three young adults and have the unique privilege of having my grandson living with me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Je crée ce profil par pragmatisme et nécessité , mais aussi par sa dimension d'ouverture au monde dans laquelle je m'inscris depuis toujours et me retrouve. Je vais donc me rendre à l'Europ Art Fair au MEC de Maastricht les 13 et 14 septembre où je vais pouvoir exposer un aperçu de mon travail. C'est un challenge , le vivre en allant aussi à la rencontre de personnes pour lesquelles la création artistique peut présenter un intérêt, serait juste génial. C'est une épopée que je réalise en solo, pouvoir la partager quelque peu serait des plus appréciables. A venir, je serai ravie d'accueillir en Occitanie, qui cheminera par ici !

I am creating this profile out of pragmatism and necessity, but also because I have always felt a connection to the world and it is a place where I feel at home. I will therefore be attending the Europ Art Fair at MEC Maastricht on 13 and 14 September, where I will exhibit a selection of my work. It's a challenge, but it would be great to experience it while meeting people who may be interested in artistic creation. This is an epic journey that I am undertaking alone, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to share it in some way. In the future, I would be delighted to welcome anyone passing through Occitanie!

En 1990, aller au concert de Miles Davis alors que je n'avais pas d'argent et que je comptais sur ma seule détermination, ma force de conviction ! Je me suis rendue du côté backstage, j'ai rencontré les roadies, l'équipe, j'ai assisté au concert au premier rang : à jamais dans mon coeur !

J'ai une bonne connaissance de l'action sociale, médico-sociale en France, assez passionnée par les politiques sociales avec un regard sur l'Europe et au-delà. Egalement je cultive l'histoire des femmes ici et ailleurs, celle du féminisme en France et ailleurs, tant cette histoire est invisibilisée. J'aime apprendre éternellement et partager. J'ai enseigné pendant dix années dans le cadre de formations en travail social, avec des contenus plus particuliers en psychologie, sociologie, philosophie, droit public.

I have a good knowledge of social and medico-social action in France, and I am quite passionate about social policies with a focus on Europe and beyond. I also cultivate the history of women here and elsewhere, and that of feminism in France and elsewhere, as this history is often overlooked. I love to learn and share. I taught for ten years in social work training programmes, with a focus on psychology, sociology, philosophy and public law.
