Hi there! I'm completely new to the whole couchsurfing scene. I've done a couple of small solo trips and liked it a lot. I've met so many nice people from so many different countries and I want to continue doing that. I know how nice it is if someone wants to show you around. For me the people you meet can add so much to the place you visit! So let's meet up and explore!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's fun to meet new people from all over the world even if you are not travelling yourself. I believe that by showing people around you start to appreciate your own city/country all over again on a whole different level + you get to appreciate other countries, cultures and languages as well :)

Interests

Movies, books, music, dancing (preferably random), cycling, nature, culture, good conversations, to just sit and watch people pass by, I think humans are my main interest (how cliche;) ), but I like a good beer or coffee as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies about solo travelling: into the wild, tracks, wild. I've also read the books. It inspires me to make a really big trip someday. Some other movies I like: The perks of being a wallflower, Birdman, Whiplash, La vita e bella, Amelie, Blue is the warmest colour, Her, Shutter Island and many many more.
Music wise: I try to be open to a lot of genres. I mostly listen to electronic music (flume, odesza, Jamie xx), indie (two door cinema club, the black keys, alt-j, gorillaz), techno, deephouse, drum and bass and 60s/70s music

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in Utrecht and can show you around, but we can also check out other cities as well. I'm up for whatever. I like to be able to see the city I know as a tourist as well. I have been living in Utrecht for 3 years now, but even I can still discover much more.
