Hello,
My name is Eva, I am 24 and I live in Toulouse. After biology studies, I decided to take 2 years off to travel around the world with my boyfriend Arthur. We stayed a few months in the Balkans, 6 months in Turkey and then after a little corona time in France, 4 months in Central America ! Last year, we went back to new studies (anthropology) in France and I moved from Paris to Toulouse !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it is a great way to meet new people. It allows to discover differently the place where I am travelling, more from the inside. I like the idea that anyone can travel by being welcomed by people he/she wouldn't have met otherwise. It goes along with hitchhiking (the same but for sleeping and not moving)

Interests

I love travelling and I am always looking for new places to discover, I think I am very curious about people's culture, thoughts, gastronomy, ...
I enjoy many kinds of arts : cinema, music, litterature, photography, modern circus, theater. I also love discovering the nature by trekking or by learning about plants and animals !
I love travelling to discover new cultures, landscapes, languages, I hate routine, I like doing new stuffs everyday and being surprised all the time, I love when I don't know how or where the day will end

BOOKS : Travel diaries, thrillers, classic novels, comics, I think everything can interest me and I read quite a lot

MUSIC : I listen to a little bit of everything (rock, rap, some French music, techno, not a lot of jazz and classical music but you can try to make me like it !)

FILMS : maaany different movies, impossible to pick one, like to watch new stuffs and I love watching movies at the cinema

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleeping with monks in the countryside of India, beeing in quarantine at the chinese border because of a mysterious virus (and that was 5 years before covid-19 haha), being litterally stuck between 2 countries (Turkey and Georgia) well let's talk about it around a drink !

We can share about our different cultures, I am always in for hanging out and partying, I like to debate and discuss. I would love to see how you live, what are your favorite places or food (yes food is important to me haha) if you are a host and show you the same if you are a guest !
