i’m a chilean artist and aesthete who recently moved to berlin (i’d been living in chile for the last seven years). i’m easygoing and love to meet new people, i have a wide variety of interests and an open mind. i’m mostly interested in things related to art, film, music, writing, culture, nature and worldviews/spirituality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i’ve used it before in different occasions, and i’ve been able to connect with lovely people in the places i have stayed. i love the idea of this selfless and wholesome way to meet people with no money exchange in between (which is a great help when travelling on a budget too)

Interests

i’m mostly interested in the arts, i like to travel and walk around new places, always carrying a journal and perhaps a camera. i enjoy being in nature but i also love city life, particularly live music and cultural spaces. i enjoy having a cup of tea and a glass of red wine with a nice conversation, and love love food. i also consider myself a collector of things: wherever i go i almost always take a rock or small object with me (i pay attention to detail and many things catch my attention). i’m creative, i like making things with my hands and appreciate anything that is handmade. i would say i’m open minded and accepting people, and i hope i can share interesting experiences with the people i meet here and everywhere!

i love books in general - i have a big collection of pretty editions of poetry, novels, essays, etc. my current favourite is anne carson.

i like watching movies and seeing live music of any kind. current favourites are wim wenders (for film) and adrianne lenker (for music).

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach english, spanish and maybe some things art-related. i can make things with my hands and exchange drawings/prints. i can also teach a little about the i ching, enneagram, and astrological charts, and i can guide a type of meditation.
