ABOUT ME

Hello everybody!
This is me, Eva! I'm living in a little town in Upper Austria. After my final exams at high school, I went to South America (Argentina and Chile) for almost one year. There I worked in social projects - maily with deprived children - and in between I travelled around. At the moment, I'm studying "transcultural communication" in Vienna. I know that the name of my studies may sound pretty sophisticated (or even terrifiying?!) but actually it just means translation and interpreting. As you can imagine, I love foreign languages!!!
Generally I'm a very adventurous, open-minded, communicative and uncomplicated person.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was travelling with some friends through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we spent a couple of days at differnet CouchSurfers places. Those were my first CouchSurfing experiences and I loved it! They showed us around in the city, we went out together, talked about everything while having a cup of tea, ...

AND: my mum is regularly CouchSurfing in our living room, whenever my dad is snoring ;-)

I love sports, meeting up with my friends, cooking and eating (especially my grandma's "Speckknödel" (dumpligs filled with bacon) and my mum's "Marillenknödel" (dumplings filled with abricots) ), good movies, travelling, ladybirds, sweets (especially chocolate), diferent cultures, music, theater, dancing ....
