I'm Indonesian who's lived in Singapore for 11 years. But I currently live in Dublin, Ireland, and loving it here!

I love traveling (who doesn't!) and look forward to exploring this side of the world after spending much time in Asia. When I travel, I like to visit more local places instead of the touristy ones. Sure it's necessary to visit the Colosseum when in Rome, but it's better still to get lost in small alleys discovering great eating places and hidden histories.

When I'm not traveling and working, I like to cycle around Dublin city, crochet and cook at home, or watch awesome series like Peaky Blinders. I like to try different recipes and flavours when I cook. That's also why I like to travel --to be able to eat different local foods!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have my own house in Ireland, where I currently reside. But I'll be glad to help people answer their questions on Dublin. Will be happy to show travelers around the city too, whenever I'm free.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've only joined Couchsurfing events like night cycling and food tours in Singapore. I haven't hosted anyone because I'm only renting a room for now. I haven't had a chance to stay in others' place as well, cos usually I travel with my boyfriend so it's easier if we go to hostels.

兴趣

- History, more specifically ancient history. I won't remember which date what event happened, but I can talk about Alexander the Great, Chinese Empires, and the pyramids for hours.

- Languages, I like to learn a little bit of everything, understanding how a language is structured and what could possibly caused it so.

- Ancient civilisations, it's fun to learn how people used to live and imagine something totally different than what's proven (ancient aliens, anyone? :D).
