Hi everyone! I’m Eva, 24 y. o. passionate traveler on a mission to visit every country in the world and meet as many amazing people as possible! 🌎

I started using Couchsurfing in 2022, and since then, it has completely changed my life. I’ve met incredible, kind, open-minded people all over the world, and I’m still amazed by how many friendships and unforgettable experiences have come from it.

I’m a very positive and curious person, always open to new adventures and conversations. I graduated with a degree in Political Science in France 🇫🇷, and now I’m doing my Master’s in Media and Communication. Currently, I’m spending an academic year in the Basque Country, Spain 🇪🇸, as part of the Erasmus program.

Besides studying, I work as a content creator and a French language coach, helping people learn languages through creativity and culture. I adore music, storytelling, cultural exchange and I love to share my experiences with the world while learning from others.

Couchsurfing, for me, isn’t just about finding a place to stay, it’s about connecting souls, discovering perspectives, and creating friendships that make this world a little brighter. ✨

It will be my first time there, and visiting the UK has been a dream of mine since childhood, ever since I started learning English. I can’t wait to explore the culture, nature, food, people, and to meet wonderful locals along the way! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying with locals is, in my opinion, the best way to truly understand a culture and its people. I’m open to making new friends, and creating genuine connections along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite books are "Portrait of Dorian Gray", "Timeless" and "The Power of Now", since I am close to the ideology that you need to live and enjoy your life now! My favorite movies are "The Vow”, “The Hunger Games" and “Divergent". As for music, when traveling I listen to music belonging to the country in which I travel. I love to sing jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most amazing things I’ve done is learning five languages, so I can connect with people from all over the world and understand them. I also spent summer volunteering in Spain, helping in hospitals and nursing homes, which was a deeply meaningful experience. And when I was a child, I won several international singing competitions, which later grew into a lifelong love for music and performing.

I can teach French, and I’d love to help anyone improve their English or Russian too. I love learning about cultures, history, local traditions, and I’m always open to discovering new perspectives.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my positive energy and curiosity. As a singer and language lover, I can bring music, conversation, and a bit of cultural exchange from France, Spain, and beyond. I always respect the house and keep things clean, and I’m happy to help with anything, from cooking together to taking care of small tasks. Mostly, I love sharing genuine moments, laughter, and deep conversations that make Couchsurfing so special.
