CURRENT MISSION

My overall mission these days is to try to contribute to make this world a little bit better place.

ABOUT ME

I live with my husband in a nice house, not far from the center of town. Our daughter has moved, but now and then she comes home, and then she has first-hand right to the available room, of course... :-)
Since I work for myself nowadays, I work from home quite a lot. But sometimes my job also brings me away on various jobs and activities.
To me, it's very important to find a meaning with what I do. I want to make a difference - to other people, and to the world. I am very much engaged in issues concerning Fair Trade and human rights.

PHILOSOPHY

Do the right thing.....! As long as anyone really tries to do the right thing, it's good enough. Noone can do everything completely right, but if you at least try to do what you can, that's OK!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enrolled to Couchsurfers mostly to open our home to anyone wanting to stay a couple of days, not much longer. We have a spare room in the basement, which is really nice in summertime. In wintertime we put a radiator there and then it's also OK.
We don't mind offering you some breakfast, and maybe even dinner, if the time is right.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've had some couchsurfers here, but we haven't tried it ourselves yet. Maybe we will this summer!

Interests

Photography, scuba diving, my family, watching movies, reading good books, being creative and sometimes crazy.... and cooking, how could I forget! Good food is important to me and my family, we are all vegetarians and we love cooking! Preferrably from locally grown, organic and Fairtrade ingredients!
