NOthing last forever, so I am not a kind of person that wants to hold on to teachings, experiences etc. too much, share them, observe and learn from them, exchange with others, and let them go just as they came :).. everything is constant change hehehe... anyway, I would love to share bits and bobs of psychology and neuroscience, meditation and yoga, which are my more mindly entertainments :) psychically: skateboarding, dancing and juggling poi and fire stick are my passions
